PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device inspection jig in which the size is reduced while enhancing the connection reliability. SOLUTION: An inspection jig plate 50a to be mounted selectively on a supporting member 22 depending on the type of board 1 to be inspected comprises a holding plate 31a for mounting the board 1 to be inspected, and an inspection jig plate 21a. The holding plate 31a comprises a positioning pin 23 for the board 1 to be inspected, a contact probe 24 to be connected electrically with the board 1 to be inspected, and an insertion hole for fitting and holding the contact probe 24 firmly. The inspection jig plate 21a has a wiring pattern 25 touching the contact probe 24 and the holding plate 31a is superposed on the inspection jig plate 21a provided with the external connection terminal part 27 of wiring pattern 25. |
