PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the network system with the terminal managing function which secures flexibility as a system and is easy for a user to use by sending an operation indication to a controlled terminal from a control terminal by making use of an electronic mail. SOLUTION: The control terminal 10 sends an instruction generated in predetermined description form to the controlled terminal 20 by an electronic mail and the controlled terminal 20 which is controlled by the control terminal 10 decodes the contents of the instruction from the control terminal 10 according to the description form and operates as indicated by the instruction.
