<p>A device for mounting electronic parts, comprising an actuator (7) for transferring electronic parts to a substrate, a camera for detecting the coordinates of identification marks formed at four or more points on the substrate, a control section (6) for controlling the actuator (7), a mounting data table (9) containing information on the mounting coordinates and mounting angles of electronic parts to be transferred, and a correction data table (10) containing the corrective values of the mounting coordinates and mounting angles on the substrate, wherein the correction data table (10) contains corrective values for a large number of cells which are defined by subdividing the substrate by fixed rules based on the coordinates of the identification marks detected by means of the camera (5) at every cell so that the mounting coordinates and mounting angles on the mounting data table (9) can be corrected by using the correction value of a relevant cell to which electronic parts are to be transferred on the correction data table (10).</p> |
