ASCORBIC ACID DERIVATIVES AND ITS PREPARATION

The present invention discloses a type of new derivatives of ascorbic acid having characterizations of the esterification at C3 and the introduction of OXY-acid groups containing P, As, Sb and Bi. Thus the physical and the chemical properties thereof are improved and the total stability against water, heat and light as well as the physiological activity are increased. The compounds of the present invention are used in cultivation, food industry and the control of disease in plants and animals.
