<p>A system and method that allow a subscriber to have incoming telephone calls automatically screened and directed to a subscriber with a minimum of interruptions. The system includes a graphical user interface (GUI)(200), a Network Interface (304), a service control module (306) and a database (308). The system and method permit a subscriber to identify incoming calls by priority level. The subscriber can alter the schedule information so that it reflects changes in the subscriber's location and thereby facilitates the connection of a desired call. The system permits low priority calls to be directed to a voice mail system or routed to an attendant.</p> |
