The tumblers (5,8) extend into the closing cylinder surrounding the cylinder core in a locking position and are slid into a release position by the key (3) inserted into the hole. The tumbler rests in a coded inner track (11) and or against a coded outer track of the key shaft with a control edge or lug (10). The tumbler is in at least two parts, the first (5) of which has the control edge or lug and is movably fixed in relation to the second part in coding steps.
