The sprung element is contained in a housing enclosed on all sides and positioned inside the rotary pendulum axle (10) which is positioned to one side of the door leaf (2). A drive mechanism has a housing enclosed on all sides inside the rotary pendulum axle. The housing is cylindrical with an external diameter slightly smaller than the internal diameter of the cladding of the rotary pendulum axle. The outside of the housing in the cylinder's longitudinal direction has a cavity for connecting to the door leaf. One cylinder end wall of the housing as a hole through which a shaft for mounting the rotary pendulum door passes for mounting the leaf on a frame part (4). The door is held in a top and bottom mounting block (7,8) in which a door fastening is integrated.
