The invention relates to a safety casing for electrical telephone wiring characterised by: a) a securing plate (1) with two walls (2) which extend perpendicularly with respect to said securing plate (1), an assembly plate (7) with a continuous upright rim (8), which assembly plate (7) is hingedly mounted on said walls and extends parallel to said securing plate (1), and a box-shaped cover (13) hingedly mounted to said assembly plate (7); b) two removably mounted demountable and reversible fork-shaped paumelles (10); c) two rectangular cut-aways (15) in the edges of said assembly plate (7).
