<p>Integrated transmission, suspension and braking mechanism for motor vehicles which comprises an oscillating suspension arm (7) for each wheel (23), the arm being articulated to a transverse cylinder and in the inside of which are connected two disaligned shafts (37, 61) through an intermediary shaft (43), the casing of the arm (7) oscillating with respect to the casing (1) of the bridge of the vehicle. This mechanism includes conical gears at the extremities of said three shafts and the power comes in through the shaft (37) and is transmitted through the shaft (43) to the shaft (61). The invention is useful to incorporate the transmission elements into the suspension elements of the vehicle and substituting the Hooke's joints between the differential and the wheels by planetary mechanisms comprised of coaxial shafts and conical gears.</p> |
