Exercise machine especially designed for use at home

The exercise machine (A-H) used at home is designed to take different tensile springs. One end of the machine is connected to a freely hanging lever which extends the spring path. The tensile springs are fixed by bolts to sockets on two inter-sliding parts. The springs provide the loading necessary for the user to take exercise.
