In a process for forming a connection (1) on a fibre-reinforced composite component (2) and prior to resin matrix (5) hardening at least some of the fibres or filaments (3,4) used in the component (2) mfr. are arranged in an alternative way to the remaining fibres in order to absorb the different stresses imposed on them.
