The fitment has flat connector pins (2,3,4) embedded in a plastic casing which are connected with an electronic component (11), or assembly (7) or circuit in a mechanically stable manner. The connector pins are a part of a metal blanking skeleton (5) which extends from the connector pins up to the electrical and/or mechanical connections (6) of the electronic assembly (7) or the circuit. The connecting webs (9) of the blanking skeleton between the connector pins and/or in the run of the skeleton tracks can be pressed out after bedding in the plastic casing. In the region of the blanking skeleton between the connector pins and the electronic assembly and/or the circuit electrical components can be introduced.
