The present invention relate to apparatus and method of melting for pulverulent body which improved melting aggregative efficiency of pulverulent body by having triple pipe structure.The present invention comprise outer oxygen pipe which equipped oxygen inlet hole to blow oxygen flow air blowing from said oxygen inlet hole to nozzle through oxygen feed channel with interval by having constant interval with inner feed pipe of powder; feed pipe of powder which situated in said outer oxygen pipe, equipped powder inlet to blow powder and gas for feeding powder in the lower part transfer powder blowing from said powder inlet through channel by having constant interval with central oxygen pipe installed in the internal; central oxygen pipe which situated in the internal at constant interval with said feed pipe of powder, formed body with powder inlet to blow powder and feed gas of powder in the lower part, have inlet hole to blow air/oxygen inlet hole to blow air and oxygen by elongation to the side end of said body.
