PURPOSE: To take out IC card without hindrance even in a power service interruption state. CONSTITUTION: A taking-out button detector S2 and a manual taking-out button 70 are provided in the front of an IC card taking-out solenoid 60, and in the case of automatic taking-out, the solenoid 60 is excited by a signal after the end of read/write, and an L-shaped layer 62 is turned to release the detention of a control level 40, and a lock claw 50 is made free to take out IC card (c). When the manual taking-out button 70 is operated, this button is detected by the detector S2, and the solenoid 60 is excited by this detection signal to allow the IC card (c) to be taken out. In the case of a power failure or the like, the manual taking-out button 70 is pushed in more deeply to directly turn the L-shaped level 62, and the IC card (c) can be taken out. |
