SOLUTION: This system basically comprises, for example, a personal computer 1 and a peripheral device (card printer 7) which is connected to the computer 1. A hard disk 3 consists of a processing generation condition data base which stores the processing generation condition and its corresponding processing and a personal information data base which stores the personal information on a card owner. When an access is given to the processing generation condition data base, it is checked whether the stored 'generation condition 1' is satisfied or not.
