Disclosed are compounds of formula (I), wherein the meanings of substituents are given in the description, as well as the pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salts thereof. Also disclosed are processes for the preparation of the above novel compounds, and pharmaceutical compositions containing these compounds and intermediates of formula (II), wherein the meanings of substituents are already given. The compounds of formula (I) possess anti-ischaemic effect and therefore, they are useful for treating ischaemic states and diseases, e.g. myocardial ischaemia.
