<p>PURPOSE:To shorten working hours and to improve the strength of the title tray by using a low temperature thermoplastic resin, which has a prescribed softening point at least for a tray part except a handle and is kept in a solid state in a room temperature, as the main component of the title tray and either inserting or laminating a core body into or on the resin as necessary. CONSTITUTION:A thin plate shaped tray part molded into either an approximate horseshoe shape or an approximate semicircular shape is given, protruding and recessed shapes approximate to those in the mouth cavity jaws of a human organism are given to the upper and lower surfaces of the thin plate shaped tray part as necessary, the handle is given to at least one part of the tray part, at least the tray part except the handle has a softening point in the range of 40-100 deg.C, the low temperature thermoplastic resin, which is kept in the solid state in the room temperature, is used as the main component, and the core body is either inserted into or laminated on the resin as necessary. The low temperature thermoplastic resin is a resin to soften in the temperature of hot water or warm water, namely, in a temperature range 40-100 deg.C, and the resin solidifies and never changes further in the room temperature. The low temperature thermoplastic resin is a lactone resin or a transpolyisoprene resin which is common as a spring material, a wig molding material, etc.</p> |
