PURPOSE:To obtain soy milk for soybean curd free from additives by boiling crushed content, supplying a cold water from a water supply unit at a point of time when the temperature of the content is raised near the boiling point and lowering the temperature thereof. CONSTITUTION:Crushed soybean juice is heated in a cage 17 for separation of soy milk. When the soybean juice begin to boil, water in a water-storage unit 41 is supplied to a crush.separation unit by detecting the boiling using a temperature sensor 47 and opening a small hole 42 closed by a valve body 43 of a water supply unit 38. Thereby the temperature of the content in the crush.separation unit is lowered for prevention of boiling over. |
