PURPOSE:To obtain the title device which is small in size and light in weight, and can be inserted easily into the oral cavity and to surely observe an X-ray fluorescent image by connecting a solid-state image pickup element driving part to a solid-state image pickup element and constituting them as an integral construction. CONSTITUTION:A tooth X-ray image receiving TV camera 1 is constituted by laminating successively a visible light impermeable X-ray easy transmission foil film 1a of an Al foil, etc., a reinforcing plate 1f and an X-ray fluorescent plate 1b, a visible light penetrating X-ray impermeable plate 1c of lead glass, etc., and a solid-state image pickup element 1d. Also, by connecting a solid-state image pickup element driving part integrated circuit 1e containing a pre-amplifier, a clock pulse generator, etc., to the solid-state image pickup element, an integral construction is formed. In this state, a fluorescent image of a tooth which has appeared on the fluorescent plate 1b brought to image formation on the image pickup surface of the element 1d, converted to an electric signal and sent to a TV camera controller 31 by a cable 2. A signal from this controller 31 is observed by a CRT monitor 32, and also, inputted to a video memory 33 of a disk, etc., and accumulated, and in accordance with necessity, an arbitrary image is selected by a video image retrieving and setting device 34 and can be observed by the monitor 32. |
