New sulphonimid-amide derivatives Sulphonimidamides of formula (I) wherein at least one of substituents R1-R3 = a benzoylguanidine and other substituents have the meaning stated in claims, their use as medicaments effective for heart and circulation system; as the anti-arrhytmic agents with cardio-protective component and also for ischemically occurred defects, also in operational interventions, e. g. organ transplants.
