PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink jet recording sheet excellent in ink absorbability, prevented from the irregularity of a printing part, excellent in glossiness or light transmissivity, not causing the lowering of glossiness in the printing part, excellent in continuity of gradation, not bonding an image part with the elapse of time and not generating the lowering of printing capacity under low temp. environment. SOLUTION: In an ink jet recording sheet wherein an ink receiving layer is provided on at least one surface of a support, the ink receiving layer contains polyalkylene oxides, a water soluble polymer and gelatin. Further, at least one layer containing polyalkylene oxides, a water soluble polymer and gelatin is provided in the ink receiving layer. |
