PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep inventry in a pre-process to the required minimum by averaging the receiving timing of each post-process. SOLUTION: The receiving timing predetermined time of each post-process within the specified operating time is obtained by receiving instructing devices 6A, 6B, 6C,... from the work inventory transition forecast of each post-process. The receiving timing predetermined time is provided with allowable width changeable in a future direction, and the receiving timing predetermined time of each post-process is adjusted by a receiving control device 4 so as to average the interval of each receiving timing predetermined time at the time of integrating the receiving timing predetermined time of each post-process within this allowable width. On the basis of this result, receiving instructing devices 6A, 6B, 6C,... give receiving instructions to workers 8A,... in each post-process. Receiving from the pre-process to the post-process is thereby averaged so as not to be concentrated on a certain time zone. |
