PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce the subject glass excellent in wear resistance, corrosion resistance and durability, consisting of a single-layer film having a radio wave transmission comparable to usual float glass, transmitting the radio wave, improving a cooling/heating effect with a heat insulating property, and being available for a single plate glass and various window materials for vehicle. SOLUTION: This glass is produced by forming a tantalum nitride thin film having <=6nm film thickness on the surface of a transparent glass substrate, and the tantalum nitride thin film is a TaNx thin film formed by selecting and deciding the value (x) by spattering by impressing to a tantalum target in a vacuum system device in an atmospheric gas in which the ratio of a gaseous argon and a gaseous nitrogen is in a range of (5:95)-(70:30), and its visible light transmittance is >=60% and surface resistivity is 15MΩ/square.
