PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the working efficiency, by easily fitting a seal member to a reinforcement joint. SOLUTION: Reinforcements 15, 15 are inserted from both ends 3, 3 of a reinforcement joint made of a metallic pipe. Mortar 16 is charged in the inside and cured to provide a tubular sleeve 2 connecting reinforcements and a seal member 10 formed circular with an elastic material to fit to the outside of reinforcements and fitted to the end of the tubular sleeve to hermetically seal the inside and outside of the tubular sleeve. Further, the outer peripheral face 11 of the seal member 10 is shaped to form a taper with a sharpened front and fitted to the inner peripheral face 9 at the end of the tubular sleeve. |
