摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a workpiece azimuth adjusting device applicable to a workpiece in need of fine position adjustment such as crystal by making a workpiece supporting member adjustable in a jogging state at the time of adjusting the azimuth of the workpiece. SOLUTION: A supporting member 17 for supporting a workpiece is fitted in a movement adjustable state to a frame 16. The frame 16 is provided with an adjusting member 29 for adjusting the crystal orientation of the workpiece so as to coincide with the travel direction of a wire. Differential reduction mechanism 30 for speed-reducing the adjustment operating quantity of the adjusting member 29 to transmit it to the supporting member 17 is provided between the adjusting member 29 and the supporting member 17. The differential reduction mechanism 30 is composed of differential pitch feed screw mechanism 31, differential gear mechanism 32 and reduction ratio switching mechanism 33.
