PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blade for an electrophotographic device of thermosetting polyurethane, and a method for manufacturing this blade and a manufacturing device, with the capability to continuously manufacture the blade at high production efficiency, and with such advantages as the easy and simple automation of a manufacturing step and low equipment cost. SOLUTION: A liquefied product of polyurethane prepolymer which is a raw material component for thermosetting polyurethane and a liquid product of crosslinking agent are mixed and stirred, then this mixture U is discharged into the molding die with a recessed cross section of a molding drum 20, and is heated through an endless belt 24 to be driven by the drum 20 in contact with the outer peripheral surface of the molding drum 20. Further, a strip blade molding S with a specified width is continuously molded, then is cooled and finally is cut to a specified length. |
