摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform excellent injection molding and then make the resulting Al allay member has high strength by performing the injection molding while heating Al alloy powder in amorphous structure which has super-plastic deformation or viscous flowability while heated up to specific temperature, at the specific temperature. SOLUTION: As raw material powder, Al alloy powder in amorphous structure which has super-plastic deformation or viscous flowability while heated at the specific temperature or Al alloy powder in fine crystal grain structure of <=1μm in mean grain size having super-plastic deformation while heated at the specific temperature as well is used. Then Al alloy powder 13 like those is charged in a powder quantitative feeder 12, sent to an atmospheric gas flow layer heating furnace 14 by a specific amount, and charged in the transfer pot 16 of the upper mold of a metallic mold 15 while heated at 550 deg.C; and injection molding in the cavity 18 of the lower mold of the heated metallic mold 15 with a plunger 17 by making use of crystallization-plastic deformation by heating to above the crystallization temperature.
