PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a rotational fluctuation in the case where an air conditioning switch under controlling is changed in a made of OFF → ON → OFF in a very short period. SOLUTION: In an indication delay execution means 36, when operating indication is received, after a delay time, both the first accessory load 31 and the first intake air amount increasing means 33 are operated, and when a non-operation command is received, both the means are made non-operative. In a stop means 39, when a transfer to the operation indication from the non-operation indication of the first accessory load 31 and a transfer to operation detection from non-operation detection of the second accessory load are generated in substantially the same period, operation of both the means is stopped. Here, when operation of the second accessory load 32 is detected before delay execution by the indication delay execution means 36 from operation indication of the first accessory load 31, increasing of a prescribed amount of intake air from timing receiving the operation indication of the first accessory load 31 and decreasing of an intake air amount corresponding to a prescribed value from timing transferring to the operation detection from inoperative detection of the second accessory load 32 are indicated relating to the second intake air amount adjusting means 40 by an indication means 41. |
