PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a wild vegetable juice containing butterbur, radish, a fruit of a wild plant, Akebia quinata, lily root and sugar and capable of curing cold illness only by drinking the juice. SOLUTION: This juice contains as raw materials (A) butterbur, (B) radish, (C) a fruit of Akebia quinata, (D) a lily root and (E) sugar. The components A-D are washed with water, skin-peeled butterbers and unpeeled radish are ground and squeezed. Akebia fruit inner flesh is also squeezed, while lily roots are separated into individual bulbs, boiled until they dissolve into liquid and squeezed. These juices are combined with appropriate amounts of sugar, glucose, liquefied fructose and an antioxidant (vitamin C). Finally, squeezed radish juice is added by 120g, and totally about 200g of the juice mixture is properly drunk. |
