PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely take in and out a treating tool into a channel of and endoscope without reducing the operability of the treating tool by installing a demountable inserting means capable of advancing and retracting the treating tool in the inserting direction of the channel of the endoscope and a transferring means for moving the demountable inserting means between a contact state and not-contact state with the treating tool. SOLUTION: First, an opening 27 for taking out the treating tool is connected to an opening for inserting a clamp of an endoscope and an apparatus 17 for taking in and out the treating tool is set at the state so that an axis cover 29a should be engaged with a first engaging groove 37 of an adjusting member 34. Next, by rotating a driving roller 24, inserting a sheath part of the treating tool into an inserting path 26 for the treating tool through an opening 28 for inserting the treating tool till to contact to the driving roller 24, thereby the sheath part is automatically inserted into a clamp channel in the endoscope through the opening 27 for taking out the treating tool. When the projection part of the sheath part passes through the driving roller 24, the axis cover 29a is engaged with a second engaging groove 38 pressed by the action of a second spring 31. At this state, the sheath part does not contact with the driving roller 24, therefore, the sheath part can be freely operated. |
