PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart high absorbing capacity and a high absorbing speed and to satisfy the dyeing properties of coloring matter by providing an ink receiving layer formed by polymerizing a composition containing a polymerizable cationic compd. having two or more acryloyl group and one or more of a cation group on the surface of a flexible base material having a self-adhesive layer provided on the rear surface thereof. SOLUTION: A fundamental component constituting a compsn. is a cationic polyacryloyl compd. having two or more acryloyl group and one or more of a cation group in its molecule. This compsn. is fitted to the capacity of an ink jet printer and has good hue developability and can be formed into an ink receiving layer by short-time treatment. Further, this compsn. is a resin layer having high close adhesiveness to a base material, short in ink fixing properties, high in the dyeing properties of a coloring matter component (dye, pigment) in ink, capable of forming a sharp image of high resolving power and having high fastness. |
