PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize a material by consistently performing molding, trimming and the grinding and reutilization of a scrap material from the production of a laminate sheet by producing a resin sheet in connection with a thermoforming machine part. SOLUTION: A virgin raw material and pellets of ground matter are mixed and melted in the main body 12 of a resin sheet extruder 10 and a sheet is extruded to a cooling roll 21 from a sheet die 13. At this time, the laminating sheets S2, S3 from upper and lower sheet delivery machines 15, 17 are superposed on both surfaces of a base material sheet S1 immediately before a cooling roll 21 and pressed by a pressure bonding roll 22 to be bonded under heating and pressure and the obtained laminated sheet S is passed along an auxiliary cooling roll to be cooled. The laminated sheet S is intermittently fed and heated to molding temp. by a heater 27 to be molded by a thermoforming machine 25. Subsequently, the molded sheet is punched by a trimming means 30 to be separated into a product and a scrap material (t). The scrap material (t) is crushed into pellets by a crusher 35 to be transported to the charging part 11 of the resin sheet extruder 10. |
