<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent the damage to the end edge of a sheaf of sheets as a staple position is freely set up by a stapler. SOLUTION: A sheet processing device is furnished with a staple unit 18 provided in a main body; a staple tray 16 which is attached to one side of the main body, and once takes in and accummulates the sheets to be staple- processed by the staple unit 18; and a plurality of stopper members 82A, 82B for prescribing a stopping position for the staple processing of the sheets on the staple tray 16. Each of stopper members 82A, 82B can independently move between a stop position for engaging on the sheet on the staple tray 16 and an evacuation position for evacuating from the above sheet.</p> |
