<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent harmful materials from leaching out and from giving rise to the pollution of the ground water by constructing a building for preventing the infiltration of rainwater in a disposition vessel provided with first and second impervious layers between first to third reinforced mortar layers. SOLUTION: Reinforcing bars 9 are built in a well crib type up to the planned height of the base 7 and soil wall surfaces 8 on the four sides of the land planed for building on which concrete columns 5 are erected. Mortar is sprayed to cover the projecting parts 6 of these concrete columns 5 to form the first reinforced mortar layer 10. Synthetic resins are sprayed to the surface of the first reinforced mortar layer 10 to form the first impervious layer 11. The reinforcing bars 9 are built in a well crib type on the surfaces of the first impervious layer and the mortar is sprayed thereto form the second reinforced mortar layer 12. The synthetic resins are sprayed to the surface of the second reinforced mortar layer 12 to form the second impervious layer 13. The reinforcing bars 9 are built in a well crib type on the surface of the second impervious layer 13 and the mortar is sprayed thereto form the third reinforced mortar layer 14, by which a disposition vessel 1 is constituted. The building 2 consisting of a roof 3 and circumferential walls 4 is built on the disposition vessel 1.</p> |
