<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum cell member useful as a heat insulating material and a sound proof material by evacuating the inside of closed cells formed on a plastic or glass base body and provided with space sealed parts whose peripheries are surrounded by the wall surface, or a continuous cell. SOLUTION: A plurality of closed cells 3 are formed on a plastic or glass base body 2, peripheries of respective closed cells 3 are surrounded with a wall surface of the plastic or glass base body 2 and formed of sealed spaces, and the insides of respective cells 3 are keep vacuum. To disclose an example of manufacture, upper and lower fusing extruding plastic materials 6 are pressurized and laminated by an upper metal mold 10 and a lower metal mold under vacuum. Since transfer and convection of heat by base body molecules can be prevented, the heat insulating effect and the soundproof effect are further improved, and a vacuum cell member is further useful as a heat insulating material and a soundproof material.</p> |
