<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reciprocating pump with a simple structure which requires no valve spring nor a valve seat. SOLUTION: A movable piston 13 and a fixed piston 16 which are opposed to each other with a pump chamber 17 in between are fitted to first and second cylinder holes 8, 15, respectively. First and second one-way seal members 24, 28 for alternately touching and separating each annular lip 24a, 28a to and from the inner surfaces of the first and second cylinder holes 8, 15 according to the increase/decrease in pressure of the pump chamber 17 by the reciprocation of the movable piston 13 are installed to the outer circumferences of the first and second pistons 13, 6, and a suction port 4 and a discharge port 6 are allowed to communicate with the back surface of the first one-way seal member 24 and the front surface of the second one-way seal member 28, respectively.</p> |
