PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost of the execution of cutting works. SOLUTION: Percussion crushers 6a are installed movably to an inner excavator body 5 in the radial direction. Crushed-rock recovery boxes 15a are mounted movably on the inner excavator body 5 in the radial direction at that time, the percussion crushers 6a, 6a are set up on the crushed-rock recovery box 15a as a crushed-rock recovery box combining fitting box in the crushed-rock recovery boxes 15a, an the excavated pits of several kinds of excavated pit diameters (ϕ1000mm-ϕ1500mm,ϕ1500mm-ϕ2000mm, etc.) are excavated by one inner excavator body 5. Accordingly, several kinds of inner excavator bodies having different excavated pit diameters need not be prepared as seen in conventional devices, and the cost of the execution of cutting works is reduced.
