The invention relates to a liquid skin cleanser containing a antimicrobial inorganic pigment which is obtained by: coating a metal oxide, one of silica, titanium oxide or germanium oxide, etc, onto the surface of an inorganic pigment by drying or wetting process; adding an antimicrobial metal, one of Ag, Cu or Zn, to the covered oxide compound, followed by mixing, drying and heating at a temperature of 600-1,000 deg. C for 1-5 hr. Shampoos, liquid-soaps or body cleansers containing the antimicrobial inorganic pigment, do not need an antiseptic.
