PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject food material having a capsular structure, capable of expanding uses by combining with other food materials, especially capable of producing new food materials containing fats is small amounts and dietary fibers in large amounts by combining with ground meat. SOLUTION: A capsular structure is given to a moldable food material.
