PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely inform a driver outside a vehicle of an idling condition continued more than needed when the idling condition started by a key-less operation continues more than needed. SOLUTION: The equipment is provided with a key which is used when an engine of a vehicle is usually started and an engine starting switch 33c operated in the case of an automatic key-less starting of the engine without the key, and is constituted to produce a key-less starting command signal indicating a key-less starting operation according to the operation of the engine starting switch 33c. In this case, the operation of the engine starting switch 33c is detected by an operation detecting means 35A, an elapsed time from the detection is measured by an elapsed time measurement means 35B, and an information means which informs an elapsed time of an idling time is operated when an idling time judging means 35C judges the measurement time has reached a predetermined idling time necessary for the idling of an engine. |
