PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a mold releasing layer having a good mold releasing property and durability by coating one side of an unoriented polyester sheet with a film made from a room temperature curing isocyanate-silane compound and terminal-modified silicone oil and treating the sheet at a specified temperature for a specified length of time. SOLUTION: At least one side of an unoriented polyester sheet is coated with a film made from a room temperature curing isocyanate-silane compound and terminal-modified silicone oil, and the sheet is treated in heating conditions which meet expressions of T×theta >= 800, 20<=T<=50, where T ( deg.C) is treatment temperature and is treatment time. The unoriented polyester sheet is substantially amorphous, and its thickness is preferably 50-500 microm. The terminal-modified silicone oil has a functional group which is a group having an active hydrogen such as hydroxyl, carboxyl, and amino groups and can react with isocyanate at the terminal of the molecule.
