<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To store a movable terrace inside a fixed structure in a small space and to set a temporary audience seat with a handrail by simple work. SOLUTION: A folding type handrail is constituted of a handrail 13 to extend and fold in accordance with taking in and out movement of a movable terrace 2 driven to be taken in and out against a fixed audience seat 1. Accordingly, it comes to be possible to store the movable terrace 2 inside of the fixed audience seat 1 in a small space and to set a temporary audience seat having the handrail 13 by simple work. Additionally, a lower end part of a central support 21 is fixed by a lock energizing mechanism 22, the central support 21 is moved to the inside at the time of fixing and releasing, and fixing and folding of the handrail 13 is certainly carried out.</p> |
