Composition consists of i)10-40 wt.% of above one of nonion surfactant selected from R-O(CH2CH2O)nH and R1R2CH-O(CH2CH2O)nH, ii)1-20 wt.% of above one of nonion surfactant selected from alkyl group added tertiary ammonium salt((CH3)2N+R1R2)X-, alkylester group added tertiary ammonium salt and imidazoline, iii)0.2-10 wt.% of fatty acid soap. In formula, R is C8-C20 alkyl, R1,R2 are C1-C19 alkyl dependantly, the total of carbon number of two alkyls is 8-20, n is 1-20, X is Cl or CH3OSO3.
