The method is for controlling a manual route in a full electronic switching unit having a dispersion structure. The control method includes: a first step of converting a corresponding route status into a manual route control continuation status when a network control matching module(11) receives the manual route control request in non-operation status from operator terminal; a second step in which a routine control module(12) which receives an output relay routine request performs a restriction/non-restriction function according to whether the manual route restriction is requested before or past after performing the first step; and a third step in which the routine control module(12) selects a detour route or performs a restriction process according to whether or not the manual route to the corresponding route is restricted past when the routine control module(12) receives a relay line selection failure notification from a relay line matching module(13) after performing the first step.
