<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image recording device depending on a paper sheet charging method by which the positional slippage in lateral direction of the paper sheet can be reduced during charging the paper sheet into a paper sheet carrier section. SOLUTION: An image recording device has a member to release a contact between a pair of correcting rollers of a paper sheet lateral position correcting means for correcting the lateral position of the paper sheet by causing a difference in the paper sheet laterally pressing forces of carrying rollers which sandwichedly hold the paper sheet and frictionally carry it, and carrys the paper sheet along a member for regulating the reference position of a paper sheet end, and after sandwichedly hold the paper sheet 1 between correcting rollers 601, 602, charges the paper sheet as the position of the paper sheet is corrected by the correcting rollers 601, 602.</p> |
