PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thermoplastic resin composition excellent in impact resistance, chemical resistance, moldability and appearance by blending specified polymers each in a specified amount. SOLUTION: This composition contains a graft copolymer (A) obtained by the emulsion polymerization of 40-450 pts.wt. mixture of 40-80wt.% aromatic vinyl monomer, 20-60wt.% vinyl cyanide monomer and 0-20wt.% other vinyl monomer in the presence of 100 pts.wt. (solids) diene-base rubbery polymer latex having a weight-average particle diameter of 0.10-0.65μm, a graft copolymer (B) obtained by the emulsion polymerization of the aforementioned monomer mixture in an amount at least two-fold by weight based on the solids of an acrylic rubbery polymer latex in the presence of this latex which is obtained by the emulsion polymerization of a 2-12C monohydric alcohol ester of acrylic acid, optionally containing at most 30wt.% (polyfunctional) vinyl monomer, and of which the weight-average particle diameter and the gel content are within the zone marked with oblique lines in figure 1, and a rigid polymer (C) obtained by opolymerizing the aforementioned monomer mixture in the proportions satisfying the relations of formulas I and II.
