PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a miltiple disk clutch into a sub-assembly, and adjust a pre-load of a disc spring after installation by forming the tips of almost half the number of bolts in fastening bolts to fasten first and second differtential cases as extendedly arranged parts, and locking lug grooves of outer plates of the multiple disk clutch on these extendedly arranged parts. SOLUTION: As a fastening bolt 9 where extendedly arranged parts 9A are arranged on the tips of almost half the number of fastening bolts 10 every other piece in large number of fastening bolts 10 to fasten first and second differential cases 2A and 2B, lug grooves 7C of respective outer plates 7A of a multiple disk clutch 7 are locked on these extendedly arranged parts 9A. The outer plates 7A are engaged (in a view Z) with the fastening bolt 9 to integrally rotate with the differential cases so as to be freely movable only in the shaft direction, and are rotated together with a left differential case 1, and in an inner plate 7B of the multiple disk clutch 7, an inner peripheral part engages with a spline 55 on the shaft part outer periphery of a left side gear 5 so as to be freely movable only in the shaft direction, and it is rotated together with the left side gear 5.
