PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of efficiently detecting a label of each obtained from a great number of separating lanes. SOLUTION: A great number of products obtained by a DNA sequence reaction are separated and detected in parallel. Plural fragments contained in the DNA sequence reaction products are separated with time by electrophoresis. The fragments composed of a single component sequentially obtained by the separation are detected one by one by detecting the laser fluorescence label of the fragment at the end of the outflow of the electrophoresis from a side opposing to the direction of the outflow of the fragments. The separations and detections of a great number of products are carried out in parallel by using plural electrophoresis systems. |
