PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the sales accelerating effect and provide services of points at the time of promotion without changing a card terminal. SOLUTION: A business circle area code, the number of remaining point and other informations are stored on a magnetic recording face of a prepoint card 1, and when a customer makes a shopping, a prepoint card 1 is inserted into a card terminal, and the purchase amount is input and the number of incorporated points per one purchase corresponding to the purchase amount is stored in a memory of the card terminal, and simultaneously the number of regular points computed based on the purchase amount by utilizing the point addition rate preset in the card terminal and the business circle area code are stored. The number of regular point and the number of incorporated point per one sale are added to the total number of points stored in the point card, and the total of them is retained on a printing surface as a new number of total points. Then the business circle area code transferred from a record of prepint card 1 and stored is recorded on a magnetic recording face. |
