PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve measurement resolving power, and enable high-pressure measurement of resistance of a heater, by processing an analog signal in the fixed input range by a first AD converter, and synthesizing and enlarging respective input ranges through a process of processing the analog signal in the input range, to be shifted by a second Ad converter by the specified voltage. SOLUTION: An AD converter 21 (a first AD converter) converts an analog signal in the fixed input range, namely, in the range of the ground and the reference voltage Vr into a digital signal. An AD converter 22 converters an analog signal in the input range, to be shifted from the input range of the AD converter 21 by the reference voltage Vr into a digital signal. The input range in which AD-conversion is possible is enlarged to the range in which respective input ranges of the AD converters 21, 22 are synthesized. The measurement resolving power is improved in comparison with a case where a single AD converter is used, and resistance of a heater 11 can be more precisely measured.
